How to Send and Receive Encrypted Emails

We are pleased to introduce you to PrivateMail for Gmail, an extension that makes it easy to send and receive encrypted emails with the Gmail web client. With this tool, all you need to send an encrypted email is the recipient’s public PGP encryption key. We’ve simplified the encryption process and made it easy to use. You will not need to create an account, you can start sending and receiving emails right away.

You can also easily receive encrypted messages if the recipient doesn’t have a PGP encryption key. If the recipient doesn’t want to receive encrypted emails, but you do, then you can still send them encrypted emails. When you send an email, you will be able to see that the message was sent as an encrypted email to the recipient.

How does the process work?

You can send an encrypted email to a person’s inbox by following these steps:

1. Create a new email

2. Click the "Encrypt" button

3. Type your message

4. Click the "Send" button

5. Click the "Decrypt" button if necessary

After sending an encrypted email, you will be notified that the email was sent to the recipient. Once the recipient accepts the invitation, you will have their new PGP encryption key. Now, you can send an encrypted email to the recipient.

If you need to send an encrypted email to a person, you can do it using the app. All you need to do is download and install it. You will then be able to send an encrypted email to the person’s inbox with a simple click.
